Their first revolution related with the color was 1914 and their first involved was the prohography where are made in a sustrative process of two color. In 1916, and 1917 Kodak improved the films for negative film tope E and F knows as Negative film las speed type 1201, the films made with this technology were orocromatics ( light-sensitive films to all is colors less red), in there the people  could observe and improvis of brightness and grain. Later these films became panchromatic (sensitive to all colors); This film was used for the first time in the movie “The Last of the Mohicans”  in 1920 the panchromatic film was use for a sequence in outside, thanks to this film could record in low light.

This film most enhancing colors and to last longer the image since it contained three layers with different sensitivity of color, the photographer McCurry used this film in the photograph of the Afghan girl, 2010 still used this film; It was the first film to be marketed around the world where began to also sell to fans

  • In 1980s kodak introduced an advanced emulsión, was the T-Grain, the T-Grain transformed the silver grains in their films. This grain let a grater light sensitivity in a  high area, as result has a less overall graininess to the film and a relatively small grain. the T-Grain was employed in kodak`s EXR line in the negative morion picture. this technology avanced in 2000 by the visión 2 and in 2007 with the visión 3.

  • In1997 January 29 presented the new movies Gold, they used the technology Colorsharp, the 400, 200, and 100 gave one best combination of accuracy and saturation of color and the KODAK GOLD Max 800 ISO gave an excellent quality in the image regardless of weather condition for both fixed and moving images. In 1999 March 18 announces the expansion of Cinesite, inc, which helped to have three independent divisions with digital emphasis on mastering, scanning, and special effects, this helped the union of cinema both traditional and digital.
